Registration


The conference fee for participants is set at €550 and includes attendance, coffee breaks, social events, and four nights (September 2-6, 2015) of accommodation in a four-star hotel located in a close proximity to the venue.

The registration fee for local scholars (Brno) with no accommodation requirements is €300 and includes attendance, coffee breaks, and social events.

The registration fee for accompanying person is €550 and includes accommodation in a four-star hotel and social events.

Registration fee does not cover travel costs.

The links below will take you to Masaryk University’s online “Shopping Centre” where you will be able to register. The registration and payment opens on May 1, 2015 and closes on June 30, 2015

 

How to register

STEP 1: After clicking one of the links below (€550 or €300), please press "add to cart" button, then go to your shopping cart to create an order (by clicking "Order"). Out of the three options offered to you, select "I want to make a new order" and click "create a new order". 

STEP 2: Please fill-in all the information required. This is your full name, address, email, and institution ("company" in the order form). Enter your (home) address by clicking "Address wizard", then choose "display commonly used countries" or "display all countries" to find your country. 

If the fee is going to be paid for by your institution, do also fill-in "billing information" by clicking "Enter the billing address (provided it differs from the shipping one)". This should be the invoice address of your institution (note that in the order form, "company" is used to mean institution). In this case, the address of your institution will be put on the invoice (the invoice is generated upon completing your order). If the fee is going to be paid for by you, skip this section. 

Please also briefly indicate whether you are (a) local or international participant (there is no hotel reservation/payment arranged for local participants and thus the fee is reduced); (b) whether you present a paper or participate without a paper or are an accompanying person. Please do also specify whether you want to (c) take part in conference dinner (Friday evening), (d) take part in social event (Saturday afternoon), (e) have a special diet, or (f) have any other comments. This has to be filled-in by hand into the "Note" window.

STEP 3: Type in password to create an account and press next. 

STEP 4: Choose payment option that suits you (bank transfer or payment by card).

STEP 5: Check that all the information is correct and complete your order/ registration. 

Upon completing the registration, you will receive an email with information regarding payment and payment options. This email will also contain link to pro forma invoice (as this link might take you to the Czech version of the pages, change back to English by clicking "in English" at the top right corner of the screen; this ensures that your invoice will be printed in English).

STEP 6: Payment should be made within seven days after registering. Successful payment will be confirmed by an email containing the invoice.

 

Note that one person can register only once. Therefore, if you have another person accompanying you, the registration/ purchase ought to be made in their name and with their personal details.
